Gifts in Wills

AusCongo Network is a recognised not-for-profit charity (CH3082, ABN: 45 571 615 526) whose sole purpose is the relief of poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Congolese people living in Australia and poverty more generally. AusCongo is based in the Australian community and depends upon the support of individuals, businesses and organisations to survive and to continue its vital work.

AusCongo currently has several projects either in operation or close to becoming operational that will lead to substantial improvements in living standards and will lift the participants out of dire poverty. These projects include improving village agriculture, keeping girls in school and improving English language skills for Congolese people living in Australia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

One of the most valuable ways you can help AusCongo Network continue with this important work is by leaving a gift in your will.

How to leave a gift to AusCongo Network

We know that your priority is to look after your loved ones in your Will. We also know it is important for you to talk to them about your wishes and the reason why you might choose to leave a gift to AusCongo Network.

  2. Percentage– a percentage of the residue or the entire Estate.
  3. Pecuniary – a specific gift of cash.
  4. Specific asset– this could be real estate, shares, bonds or other items of value (works of art, jewellery etc).
