Our Vision:

To support the empowerment of people in the Democratic Republic of Congo by renewing and restoring local economies; and, to support the empowerment amongst Congolese communities in Australia by building skills and capacities. To teach people to fish for a lifetime rather than giving them a fish for a day.

What we are doing:

We are redirecting remittances into economically sustainable projects, such as micro enterprises and social enterprises, community projects in Australia first and then in Democratic Republic of Congoto relieve poverty. We facilitate the mobilisation of remittances for investment in enterprising initiatives in Australia and then in Congo.

Auscongo Network Incorporated is endorsed by Australian Taxation Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under Subdivision 30-BA of the Income Item 1 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
